I have held leadership positions at some of the most prestigious hotels in the world, including Marriott International and Mandarin Oriental. In the Middle East, I worked as a restaurant manager and consultant for leading restaurants. In Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan, I worked on NATO bases as VIP & Quality Manager, supporting high-ranking officials and NATO missions. The awards and letters of appreciation I received in these countries remain a source of professional pride.
